Two types of houses are available, fully insulated, to current building regulations and NHBC certifications. The customer needs to provide for planning permission, dry storage, cranes and scaffolding, foundations, access, utilities and services prior to erection of the buildings. These costs are not part of the quotation. Security must be provided by the client.
The buildings are fully insulated with brick outer skin and double glazing to 24mm thickness with a 5 year warranty. Quotes include all doors and windows. Kitchen and Bathroom equipment are supplied by the client.
The internal design of the building can be changed by the customer if required, however the footprint of the building remains as per the quotation.
We recommend all the optional schedules of work for a complete package which will include getting planning permission and monitoring of the build for building regulations approval.
